Founded in 2017. IDA Certified. Gtechniq Accredited. Nashville's detailing standard.
Apex Detail Studio started in 2017 out of a two car garage in East Nashville. Founder Ryan Caldwell had spent years detailing on weekends while working a desk job and kept hearing the same thing from friends and clients: "Why don't you do this full time?"
So he did. Ryan got IDA Certified, invested in professional grade equipment, and opened our first dedicated studio space on Gallatin Ave in 2019. Today, Apex operates out of a 2,800 sq ft climate controlled facility with dedicated correction bays, coating rooms, and paint inspection lighting.
We've detailed over 2,400 vehicles from daily drivers to six figure exotics. But our approach hasn't changed: treat every car like it's our own.
Our studio is fully climate controlled with filtered air, LED paint inspection lighting, and dust free coating bays. No detail shop parking lots here.
Every technician is IDA Certified and Gtechniq trained. We don't hire part timers our team lives and breathes this craft.
We use Gtechniq, Rupes, Koch Chemie, and other professional exclusive products. Nothing from the auto parts store shelf.
We are one of only a handful of Gtechniq Accredited studios in Tennessee. That means we've been factory trained and tested on their full range of professional ceramic coatings including the flagship Crystal Serum Ultra.
Gtechniq products are used by dealerships and collectors worldwide. When you get a coating from Apex, it comes with an official Gtechniq warranty registered to your vehicle's VIN.
Beyond coatings, we use Rupes polishing systems, Koch Chemie compounds, and The Rag Company microfiber the same products trusted by the world's top detailers.
